Performance Measures and Demographics

Independent agencies that receive funds from St. Johns County through the HHSAC recommendations are required by contract to provide performance measure outcomes and demographic information on the clients they serve. These agency reports are submitted to the County bi-annually. County staff then tallies the reports received to obtain annual figures and placement on the County website for the BCC and the public to review.
