Gail is our County Surveyor and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Surveying and Mapping/GIS Divisions. Gail is always available to answer any questions regarding Surveying and GIS issues. She also reviews proposed subdivision plats for compliance with the St. Johns County Land Development Code and Florida Statutes.

As our Survey Coordinator, Scott manages our field crews and handles project scheduling. In addition Scott handles the research for in-house survey projects and assists with research of the survey record repository for request from the public and other professional surveyors and engineers. He also handles processing field data and quality assurance checks for county survey projects. Scott coordinates all survey and resource grade Global Positioning Systems (GPS) work in the field and in the office. Scott also works directly with the GIS Division to coordinate all base mapping control efforts.

Tony is responsible for the processing of survey field data and computer aided drafting for in-house county projects. He maintains and is constantly updating our benchmark database. Tony also assists with requests for horizontal control, benchmarks, and right of way maps.
