August 15, 2023 - St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency Public Hearing for Ponte Vedra Resort Rescheduled to Sept. 21, 2023 – The St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency (PZA) public hearing for PUD 2023-02 Ponte Vedra Resort will be rescheduled to Sept. 21, 2023, at the request of the applicant, Ponte Vedra Corporation. This meeting will begin at 11 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium, located at 500 San Sebastian View. Ponte Vedra Resort Public Hearing Rescheduled to Sept. 21

The purpose of the Planning and Zoning Agency is to serve as the County’s Local Planning Agency. The primary responsibility of the Planning and Zoning Agency is to serve in an advisory capacity and recommending body to the Board of County Commissioners on matters relating to land use planning, zoning of land, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, amendment of Land Development Regulations, and Major Modifications to PUD’s.

Meetings

Planning and Zoning Agency meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The meeting schedule can be found on the Growth Management Calendar. PZA meetings may be viewed live and are posted for archival viewing on GTV.
