Summer Camps 2017

The Parks & Recreation Department Camps are for children ages 5*-12 (*only five year olds that have completed kindergarten by the start of camp are eligible), and held at six locations in St. Johns County. Camps emphasize outdoor activities and are staffed by experienced, motivated leaders from within our community. Campers get to participate in a variety of activities including field trips, arts & crafts, and swimming. The Summer Camp Registration Drawing is Closed. The 2017 Summer Camp Drawing link will be posted at 8 a.m. on March 1.


March Youth Basketball is back in 2017!

Are you ready for Youth Basketball to return in spring 2017?

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation youth basketball league tips off another exciting season for athletes ages 9-14 years old! Practices and games will take place at the Solomon Calhoun Community Center, 1300 Duval Street, St. Augustine. Game Schedules will be finalized in February. All games are played on Saturday mornings or afternoons. Practices are scheduled by individual coaches. Youth Basketball

Highlights

Field of Dreams – Located in NW St Johns county, this specially designed field gives mentally / physically disabled children the opportunity to wear a uniform and play baseball as a member of a team. Field of Dreams is a place where all our area's exceptional kids can meet on the field and play ball. What child does not dream of hearing the cheer of the crowd?
