St. Johns County Property Appraiser Storm Damage Report
St. Johns County residents whose homes or properties sustained damage as a result of Hurricane Irma are encouraged to complete a Storm Damage Report through the Property Appraiser’s Office. The damage reports will provide a County-wide assessment to assist in expediting recovery efforts. Please visit, call 904.827.5500, or send a detailed email to to report home or property damage. Once a report is submitted, the Property Appraiser’s Office will schedule a time to visit the property and document any reported damage. For more information, please call 904.827.5500.

St. Johns County Building Services Hotline for Residents with Structural Damage Concerns Related to Hurricane Irma
St. Johns County has activated a hotline for residents and business owners with concerns regarding property and structural damage due to Hurricane Irma. If you have storm-related structural damage or permitting questions, please call the St. Johns County Building Services Structural Hotline at (904) 827-6836.

Small Business Assistance
The Small Business Administration (SBA) offers disaster assistance to businesses and residents of Florida affected by Hurricane Irma. The disaster declaration covers St. Johns County, which is eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans from the SBA.
