Retraction of Precautionary Boil Water Notice for 8555 to 8635 A1A S north of the Matanzas Inlet

St. Augustine, FL, July 16, 2025 – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the Matanzas Inlet area. The addresses affected include:

8555 to 8635 A1A South- west side only of A1A South

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since July 14th following a  water main break.
