COVID-19 Vaccine Providers in St. Johns County – List and Location Map

The COVID-19 vaccine is offered at a variety of retail pharmacy and private medical practice locations throughout St. Johns County. All Florida residents are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. You must be 16 years of age and older to receive the Pfizer vaccine and 18 years of age and older to receive the Moderna or Johnson and Johnson vaccine. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. COVID-19 vaccines are free for eligible Florida residents. St. Johns County Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-up Sites – The State of Florida is hosting Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccination pop-up sites at four locations in St. Johns County over the coming weeks. Each vaccination site will have 200 single-dose Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines available for those 18 years of age and older. All vaccines will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations:

  • Saturday, May 15 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, 101 Library Blvd.
  • Thursday, May 20 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Main Branch Library, 1960 N. Ponce de Leon Blvd.
  • Friday, May 28 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Southeast Branch Library, 6670 US 1 S.
  • Saturday, May 29 – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Main Branch Library, 1960 N. Ponce de Leon Blvd.
