Retail Opportunities
The retail scene of St. Johns County continues to grow. Residential construction reached record levels again in 2018. As a result, St. Johns County is the 8th fastest-growing county in the United States with a 4.2% annual growth rate.
The hospitality and leisure employment sector continues to remain strong. New shopping centers, including boutique retailers, as well as convenience stores and restaurants are opening in neighborhoods throughout the county.
