Behavior Analysis Services Program (BASP)
Trainings are designed for caregivers of children, in the CBC/ DCF systems, in order to prevent and assist with children’s inappropriate behaviors.
Essential Tools for Positive Behavior Change (15 hours)
Introductory. Three hours a session for 5 weeks.
- Parenting Tools for Positive Behavior Change (30 hours)
Advanced sessions. Three hours a session for 10 weeks.
A minimum of 6 caregivers is necessary for classes to be held.
Please do not bring children to class. Childcare is not provided.
Classes are open to the following caregivers:
- Foster Parents / Relative Caregivers
- Adoptive Parents
- Biological Parents (Must have open case with DCF.)
- Staff (CBC employee or other providers such as group homes.)
