Restore St. Johns will be at your local library! Staff will be at your local library for registration assistance and information! Restore St. Johns is a housing recovery program helping eligible St. Johns County homeowners with Hurricane Matthew home damage that continue to have unmet recovery needs. What Type of Assistance is Available?

There are a variety of recovery assistance options available to eligible homeowners.

  • Home rehabilitation and repair (mortgage assistance may be available)
  • Mobile home rehabilitation or replacement (mortgage assistance may be available)
  • Home elevation (required for substantially-damaged homes located in the floodplain to qualify for rehabilitation, reconstruction, or replacement assistance)
  • Home buyout (only available for homes in the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) floodplain)

How Do I Apply for Assistance?

Registration is open.

You may also complete the registration form in-person at the Restore St. Johns Office, located on the 2nd floor of the St. Johns County Health and Human Services Center at 200 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
