Restore St. Johns: St. Johns County Hurricane Housing Recovery Program
Registering for assistance through Restore St. Johns is a three-step process.
This is an initial screening process to ensure homeowners meet all the eligibility requirements. Potential applicants must and complete and submit the registration form. Restore St. Johns program staff will review the completed registration form and contact you with an eligibility determination.
If you are determined to be an eligible homeowner, you will be provided with an Assistance Application to complete.
A Restore St. Johns case manager will call you to schedule a personal consultation at the Restore St. Johns Office where you will bring the completed Assistance Application and all supporting documentation. If you can’t complete the Assistance Application before the consultation, your case manager will assist you as much as possible during the consultation. The goal is to make the application process easy and understandable.
All homeowners impacted by Hurricane Matthew are strongly encouraged to apply.
