Hello I'm Dean! I consider myself a very affectionate dog. I love people and get very excited to play. Just throw me a tennis ball and I'll be in my glory. I especially love it when I am being pet by my human friends. I do well on a leash and know the command "come". I am good with kids and other dogs but I am not a big fan of cats. A family with no cats is the best fit for me. Come spend some time with me, teach me a few tricks and show me some loving!! I know I will be a very loyal companion for life.

I'm Scout, and I live up to my name. I love scouting out the area, peeking over from high places and crawling under low areas. I'm affectionate and love to be loved on. I don't require too much attention, I take my time to explore new things. I'm easy to handle and don't mind being picked up but would like it to be kept at a minimum. I don't mind other cats too much, but I haven't had any alone time with them yet. Overall, I'm low-maintenance, friendly, and curious about the world. Let's explore it together – Scout

Adoption Information

All pets released from our shelter, adopted or claimed; must be microchipped. If the pet is not, there is a microchip fee $10.

Dog Adoptions – Males: $45, Females: $60
Includes $10.00 microchip fee if needed, spay / neuter, rabies vaccinations and shots.

Cat Adoptions – Males: $30, Females: $40
Includes $10.00 microchip fee if needed, spay / neuter, rabies vaccinations and shots.

Location: 130 N. Stratton Road, just off US-1 between County Road 210 and International Golf Parkway.

Hours: Open Tuesday through Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm and Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Monday: Closed to the public except for scheduled appointments to claim lost pets. No drop offs. Sunday: Closed.
