St. Johns County Utility Department Suspending Late Fees and Service Disconnections effective immediately, in an attempt to ease financial strain on families and businesses impacted by COVID-19. In addition, the Utility Department will not disconnect services on accounts with an outstanding balance. These measures are in effect until further notice. Customers with past-due balances that predate the current health emergency are still expected to pay for their services. For more information, please call 904.209.2700.
"Bill Pay Online" Website
The Bill Pay Online site has been designed with the customer in mind, featuring streamlined navigation and options for billing and payments including:
AutoPay Online – Residents and businesses can sign up for AutoPay, which allows you to set up your account once and forget the hassle of monthly payments.
New Features – Pay-by-Text Messaging, Payment Scheduling, Email Notifications, Express Payment, Paperless options, and no convenience fees, all at no additional cost to account holders.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ONLINE BILL PAY IF:
- You have been disconnected for non-payment
- You have received a door tag for a returned check

Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Payments made online by 8:00pm EST will be credited same day; otherwise, payment will be credited the next day.
