Board of County Commissioners – The majority of County Departments are governed by this five-member Commission Board, all of whom are elected for four year terms.

Clerk of Courts – The County's official record keeper. Search official records, pay traffic fines, deal with civil & family issues. Marriage license, passports, minutes & agendas, and much more can be found on thier site.

Judicial Services – Criminal and civil cases; family matters: dissolutions of marriage, injunctions for protection, juvenile delinquency / dependency; probate, guardianship and civil commitment, small claims, landlord / tenant; infractions, including traffic, hunting / fishing.

Property Appraiser – Assesses property and administers exemptions. Estimate your taxes, internet mapping, search property records, file exemptions, including homestead; agricultural classification, appeal assessments.

Sheriff's Office – Information related to law enforcement, crime prevention, & corrections. Inmate search, background check, concealed weapons permit, victim's advocacy, civilian firearms training and much more. In case of emergency, please dial 911.

Supervisor of Elections – Voter registration, candidates, election results, precincts and voting, elected officials information.

Tax Collector – Real estate and property taxes, business licensing (Local Business Tax), department of motor vehicles, hunting/fishing licenses, Project Buckle Up.
