Emergency Alerts

Alert St. Johns Emergency Notifications

Sign up for Alert St. Johns, an emergency notification system that provides critical information during emergency situations. The alert system enables St. Johns County, the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, the City of St. Augustine, and the City of St. Augustine Beach to quickly provide residents with critical information in a variety of situations including severe weather, unexpected road closures, water advisories, missing persons, evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods, and incidents that may threaten public safety. Stay updated with relevant information from the St. Johns County Emergency Operations Center. Anyone can text StJohnsEOC to 888777 to opt-in to receive notifications through SMS text messages. Nixle does not charge for this service, but carrier message and data rates may apply.
