Countywide Drainage Infrastructure Improvements

Many stormwater system pipes throughout the County are reaching the end of their useful/functional/maintainable life due to soil conditions and/or age. This project provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing drainage infrastructure assets. Replacement projects will be based on a prioritized list. The prioritization will be based on asset age, inspected condition, stormwater drainage criticality, pavement management project coordination, and complaint history. Utilizing Cityworks Operational Insights data analytics tool, deteriorated culvert cross drains are identified and inspected. This program funds R&R of those deemed most severely deteriorated. PMP DI is also inspected and repaired/replaced via this engineering CIP budget category. The Fiscal Year 2025 budget for this project is $3,195,995.
