Construct additional storage length & queue length to the existing eastbound right-turn lane on Four Mile Road. Also construct additional storage & queue length to the existing northbound left-turn lane on Holmes Boulevard (Group 3). The Fiscal Year 2025 budget for this project is $692,447.
