The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will conduct an Executive Session on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the San Sebastian Conference Room, 500 San Sebastain View, St. Augustine. FL 32084.
The purpose of the Executive Session is to conduct internal discussions relative to collective bargaining, including matters related to a declared collective bargaining impasse, pursuant to section 447.605(1), Florida Statutes. The Executive Session is closed and exempt from Sunshine Law.
Attendance at the Executive Session will be limited to the members of the Board of County Commissioners, the County Administrator, and such staff and legal counsel as may be necessary.
No votes or final action will be taken during the Executive Session. Any action or direction resulting from the Executive Session will be taken, if at all, at a properly noticed public meeting.
This notice is given to comply with the public notice requirements of Florida law.
