Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA)

Overview

The purpose of each meeting is for the hearing of abatement proceedings under Ordinance 2000-48 and any other business of the Board. Should any monthly meeting date or time change, the information above will be updated. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any evidence, testimony, and argument which is offered utilizing CMT shall be afforded equal consideration as if were offered in person and shall be subject to the same objections.

Meeting Schedule, Minutes and Agendas

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL. Meeting schedule, minutes and agendas can be found below.
