Commissioner Roy Alaimo Promotes New Website and App in RiverTown

Commissioner Roy Alaimo participated in the RiverTown Spring Fling event to speak to residents about the County’s new website and mobile app.

The new website features all news to stay informed on County services and programs, includes a mobile-friendly design. The website is www.sjcfl.us and has new navigation and accessibility opportunities. It includes links to County newsletters, Board of County Commissioners meetings on GTV and more.

The new mobile app is called SJC Connect. It gives residents direct access on any mobile device to County resources and news. This app empowers individuals to submit service requests using their mobile devices. The submitted requests are promptly directed to the dedicated St. Johns County staff for efficient processing and thorough review. Each service request is assigned a unique tracking number, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
