SJC ERA represented an extraordinary partnership among St. Johns County, tenants and their landlords and utility providers, St. Johns County Legal Aid, Community Partners, and Program Manager, Capital Access.

The U.S. Treasury established the program to assist low-income renters during the Covid emergency. The funds also helped the applicants’ landlords and utility companies, large and small, weather the crisis.
