Retraction of Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Tradewinds Condos

St. Augustine, FL, June 26, 2025 – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the Tradewinds Condos. The addresses affected include:

7750 A1A South

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since June 24th following a leak at the meter.
