Is there a way for County staff to review my proposed development project and provide feedback?

Yes, the County provides the opportunity to submit a pre-application for projects and provides feedback based on policies, ordinances, standards, opportunities and constraints that may be applicable to the site and type of proposed development. The review is for informational purposes, and there are no fees associated with the application. Once the requested documentation is submitted, then the applicant will be invited to attend a Development Review Committee meeting to discuss feedback regarding the project.
