Preservation Trail/Town Plaza Intersection

This project is to provide signalization at the Preservation Trail/Town Plaza Ave. intersection in Nocatee. As part of the project alternatives for handling the golf carts shall be reviewed. Refer to the Kimley Horn study dated September 16, 2021 for the alternatives. For the purpose of funding we have used the Signalized Intersection – Alternate 2 on Exhibit G of the report. It includes signalization of the intersection as well as realigning the golf cart path on Town Plaza down to the crosswalk at the intersection. The Fiscal Year 2025 budget for this project is $514,681.
