SHORTLIST DISCUSSIONS EVALUATION MEETING RFQ 2053 DESIGN FOR SJC SHERIFF’S OFFICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

The County shall hold discussions with the shortlisted, top three (3) ranked firms under the above RFP. The discussions shall be closed to the public, but will be recorded in accordance with public records laws. At the conclusion of the discussions a public evaluation meeting will be held to announce the evaluator scores for the discussions, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.

- Announcement of Scores and Rankings

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which such record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is made.
