The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of a representative of each department/program responsible for participating in the review of development plan applications with the intent of providing information regarding development applications.  This meeting is held every Wednesday.

This meeting is open to the public, however, there is no public comment portion and is informational in purpose.

NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING a Major Modification to the Grand Oaks Planned Unit Development (MAJMOD 2026-01), which requests to modify the Master Development Plan (MDP) Text and Master Development Plan (MDP) Map to reduce the maximum number of single-family units permitted in the undeveloped portions of the PUD, and set forth revised traffic mitigation requirements for said units.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a community meeting will be held at the Grand Oaks Clubhouse, located at 1055 Turnbull Creek Road, St. Augustine, FL 32092, to discuss the proposed application on Wednesday, September 2^nd, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.
