NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATIO MEETING REGARDING The ALSOP Race Track Rd Commercial Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA(SS) 2023-12) which requests to change the Future Land Use Map designation of approximately 10.64 acres from Rural/Silviculture and Residential A to Mixed Use, and ALSOP Race Track Rd Commercial Planned Unit Development (“PUD”)(PUD 2023-27) which requests to rezone approximately 10.64 acres of land from Open Rural to PUD to allow for a maximum of 180,000 square feet of non-residential.

The public is welcome to attend & participate to discuss the proposed application. This non-zoning variance application requests to reduce the NORTH, EAST and WEST property line scenic edge buffer to 20’ in accordance with LDC Article VI, Section 6.06.02.G and 6.06.02.H due to the unusual shape of the property. We will discuss the proposed development, provide understanding on the variance process, share a conceptual plan, and receive comments from the public and adjacent property owners.
