Solicitations
Each solicitation has specific requirements which suppliers must meet in order to be eligible to submit a response. These requirements are specified in the documents pertaining to each solicitation. Interested parties must obtain the solicitation documents in order to review the requirements.
St. Johns County Purchasing is moving to a new e-Procurement platform, Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS). Until the implementation is complete, St. Johns County will continue posting open bids/solicitations opportunities through DemandStar. Notice will be sent via DemandStar, Workday Strategic Sourcing, etc. notifying Suppliers of the shift to the new platform.
Suppliers
New Suppliers are encouraged to self-register with Workday Strategic Sourcing in order to receive notifications of open bid opportunities/solicitations. To self-register, please access the Self-registration page here
Suppliers currently doing business with St. Johns County who have NOT completed an “onboarding form”, or have NOT signed into WSS, please reach out to the below to request access or to receive technical assistance.

Access to Demandstar
SJC Purchasing posts formal and informal solicitations to Demandstar. Current solicitations are available by clicking here: View Open Bids or logon to the Demandstar Website. If you are not registered with Demandstar, you can also email the appropriate procurement staff to request solicitation documents.
How Demandstar Works
DemandStar is a Web-based electronic procurement system that offers our suppliers around-the-clock access to all information needed to learn about and respond to solicitations.
Suppliers may register to receive notification of solicitations from St. Johns County.
There is no charge for documents that are electronically downloaded from the Web site by DemandStar members with subscriptions that include St. Johns County in their subscription service territory.
There is a fee per package for documents that are electronically downloaded by DemandStar members without subscriptions that include St. Johns County in their subscription service territory.
