On April 23, 2025, County Commissioner Krista Joseph, District 4, updated the Marsh Landing HOA on various community topics while attending their meeting. The HOA invited her to offer updates on various developments, proposed updates to the Land Development Code, laws on e-bikes, local traffic issues, and beach access.
Commissioner Joseph also shared ways the community can stay informed on County news and opportunities to participate in St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners meetings.
