St. Johns County Supports HOME Again Affordable Housing Project

Commissioners Taylor and Arnold participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

On December 11, 2025, HOME Again held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of the Unified Service Center and Residences on SR 16. St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Ann Taylor, Vice-Chair, District 5, and Sarah Arnold, District 2, participated in the ceremonies.

St. Johns County supported the project. Thanks to a $2.2 million ARPA grant, Home Again has developed a permanent Unified Service Center (USC) and supportive transitional residences located at 197 State Rd 16, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The project includes four houses for at least eight individuals transitioning out of homelessness. The Unified Service Center will continue to offer critical wraparound services, empowering residents on their journey to self-sufficiency and permanent, affordable housing. Home Again St. Johns is dedicated to elevating awareness and advocacy for the homeless in our community
