Julie Bartley Named Branch Manager of Bartram Trail Branch Library

The St. Johns County Public Library System announces Julie Bartley as branch manager of the Bartram Trail Branch Library.

In this role, Bartley will oversee daily operations, manage staff, engage with the community, and guide the continued development of programs and services that advance the library’s mission.

Bartley joined the St. Johns County Public Library System in 2023 as the youth services librarian at the Bartram Trail Branch Library. She brings more than 14 years of library experience and a strong commitment to public service and community engagement. Her collaborative approach and dedication to creating welcoming library spaces have made her a valued member of the library system team.

“I’m excited to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation we have here,” Bartley said. “I’m grateful to work with such a creative and dedicated staff, and I look forward to serving this community.”
