Construction of Pacetti Bay Park Approved

The brand-new project in World Golf Village comes after resident feedback
At its regular meeting on March 3, the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners approved a $1,155,394 construction contract for Pacetti Bay Park.
The brand-new park at 315 Meadowlark Lane, St. Augustine, will include:
- Dog park with a splash pond
- Basketball court
- Bocce ball court
- Athletic field
- Playgrounds
- Pavilion
- Walking trail and sidewalk
- Parking lot expansion
St. Johns County hosted a community meeting in April 2025 with staff from Parks and Recreation and Public Works to solicit feedback from area residents on plans for the park.
“We’re excited to see this park come to life after so many years in the making,” said Jamie Baccari, Assistant Director of St. Johns County Parks and Recreation. “We look forward to the community enjoying its new playground, dog park, and walking path.”
St. Johns County awarded the contract to K&G Construction Co., Inc.
