The County Commissioner represented the County at the event upon the invitation of the Art of Living.

On June 20, 2026, St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Krista Joseph, District 4 participated in the International Yoga Day Celebration & Free Community Yoga organized by Art of Living, located in Saint Johns County at Valley Ridge Academy, in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Commissioner Joseph was invited to attend by Saji Gopalan, PhD, DrPH. The highlights of the event included:
- Relaxing and rejuvenating yoga poses
- Calming sound bath
- Vibrating yoga dance
- Active involvement of youth yoga practitioners
Commissioner Joseph spoke to attendees and participated in the event’s activities.
