Commissioner Murphy presented Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners
At the September 15, 2026, St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting, Commissioner Clay Murphy presented a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to Malinda Peeples for 32 years of extraordinary volunteer service in the community.
As Executive Director of the S.E.A. (Spuds, Elkton and Armstrong) Community Help Resource Center, her mission has been to serve the disadvantaged and expand housing opportunities for local families in the Spuds, Elkton, and Armstrong communities.
St. Johns County officials, community leaders, and residents recently gathered to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of their new facility in Elkton, FL.
