SJC Board of County Commissioners Meeting for May 20 is Scheduled to Start at 5 p.m.
The evening meeting aimed to allow new audiences to participate in the agenda.
The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) regular meeting scheduled for May 20, 2025, will start at 5 p.m. rather than the typical 9 a.m. The meeting will be held in the auditorium of the County Administration Building (500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine). It will be available as a live broadcast and video-on-demand through the County’s television channel.
“Building community trust is one of the priorities of our new strategic plan, and holding occasional evening meetings for the Board of County Commissioners is one way we can build that trust,” Chair Krista Joseph, District 4, said. “We hope to see more public participation and engagement in our meeting and attract a new type of citizen who normally cannot attend a daytime meeting.”
