IAFF #3865 Collective Bargaining Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, representatives of the Collective Bargaining Team of St. Johns County and representatives of the International Association of Firefighters Local #3865 will meet in public session for the purpose of collective bargaining contract negotiations.  The following meetings have been scheduled in the San Sebastian Conference Room:

• Friday, February 13, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Friday, February 20, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The San Sebastian Conference Room is located in the County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL.

Tourist Development Council

February 23 | 1:30pm

County Auditorium - St. Johns County Administration Building

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.

Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA)

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING FCE Daily’s Place CPA(SS)2025-13 an application to change the Future Land Use Category of 7.7 acres (consisting of parcels north and south of Otoe’s Place) from Residential B to Community Commercial with a text policy reducing and limiting development to no more than 20,000 square feet of commercial general space with geographic use limitations and prohibited uses by parcel. The text policy also provides specific Scenic and Development Edge dimensions along with compatibility buffers.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
