West Augustine Fiscal Year 2027 Community Budget Workshop

The St. Johns County Department of Community and Destination Development invites residents to a community budget workshop for the West Augustine Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The West Augustine CRA was established by the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners in September 2000. A community budget workshop will be held on March 23 from 6:30PM – 7:30PM at the Solomon Calhoun Community Center located at 1300 Duval Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Staff will provide an update on the current Fiscal Year 2026 CRA budget and solicit feedback for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2027 CRA budget.  Please note that one or more Commissioners may be present.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of a representative of each department/program responsible for participating in the review of development plan applications with the intent of providing information regarding development applications.  This meeting is held every Wednesday.

This meeting is open to the public, however, there is no public comment portion and is informational in purpose.

The evaluation meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.
