PUBLIC EVALUATION MEETING FOR RFQ No: 2569; CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PMP) WORK PLAN

The purpose of this meeting is for various staff, with the Evaluation Committee to discuss, summarize individual evaluations and announce scores of Respondents to the subject RFQ for eventual recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

The discussions shall be closed to the public, but will be recorded in accordance with public records laws. At the conclusion of the discussions a public evaluation meeting will be held to announce the evaluator scores for the discussions, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July.
