Board of County Commissioners Meeting

St. Johns County Auditorium

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. If you have any questions regarding the agenda please call County Administration at (904) 209-0530.

Ponte Vedra / Palm Valley Architectural Review Committee (PVARC)

Ponte Vedra Public Library

The PVARC meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

South-Anastasia Design Review Board (SADRB)

December 17 | 1pm

Permit Center, Conference Room 1

SADRB meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. December meeting moved to 3rd Thursday due to holidays.

Planning and Zoning Agency (PZA)

December 17 | 1:30pm

St. Johns County Auditorium

This Agency meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 1:30 PM (with the exception of January and July of 2026) in the St. Johns County Auditorium.  Please use GovTV to access the full hearing video and transcripts.

Housing Finance Authority

December 17 | 3pm- 4pm

Health & Human Services, Kingfisher Conference Room

The HFA meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 3pm in the Health & Human Services Building, except for November and December when the Authority meets on the 3rd Thursday of those months due to the holidays.
