Transportation Advisory Group (TAG) Annual Meeting

The St. Johns County Transportation Advisory Group (TAG) annual meeting to prioritize roadway and FDOT transportation alternatives fund projects for submission to the Board of County Commissioners has been scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM. These project priorities will be submitted to the North Florida TPO, which is then forwarded to the FDOT District 2 offices for consideration in their Five Year Work Program (FY 2028/29 – 2032/2033).

The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1 on the 1st Floor of the St. Johns County Public Service Center, 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine. In addition, a Teams meeting has been set up for remote attendance if preferred.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. If you have any questions regarding the agenda please call County Administration at (904) 209-0530.
