Tourist Development Council Meeting

The Tourist Development Council (TDC) is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View.

Notices of meeting dates and times are furnished well in advance of scheduled meetings and can be found on the TDC Calendar. Any changes in dates, times, or meeting rooms will be posted.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING a Major Modification to the Grand Oaks Planned Unit Development (MAJMOD 2026-01), which requests to modify the Master Development Plan (MDP) Text and Master Development Plan (MDP) Map to reduce the maximum number of single-family units permitted in the undeveloped portions of the PUD, and set forth revised traffic mitigation requirements for said units.
