PUBLIC EVALUATION MEETING for RFP NO: 2365; APPRAISALS AND APPRAISAL RELATED SERVICES

The purpose of this meeting is for various staff, with the Evaluation Committee to discuss, summarize individual evaluations; announce scores of Proposers; and, if applicable, shortlist Proposers to the subject RFP for eventual recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of a representative of each department/program responsible for participating in the review of development plan applications with the intent of providing information regarding development applications.  This meeting is held every Wednesday.

This meeting is open to the public, however, there is no public comment portion and is informational in purpose.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA)

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

Tourist Development Council

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING the Saint Johns Interchange Parcels Planned Unit Development (Ordinance 1991-36, as amended) (the “PUD”) application for PUD Major Modification (MAJMOD 2025-02) and Saint Johns Development of Regional Impact (the “DRI”) Modification (DRIMOD 2025-01) that will be held on August 13, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort – Conference Room Legends 1 – located at 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Interested people are invited to attend.

This community workshop is being held to provide the public an opportunity to learn about the proposed project identified as the NEQ Townhomes located within the PUD and the DRI.  The application requests to exchange 141,000 square feet of industrial uses to construct 295 townhomes (TH) units within Parcels 9-12 of the Northeast Quadrant of the DRI and PUD known as the NEQ Townhome project and to incorporate previous conversions and other administrative clean-up items into the existing approvals for the DRI and PUD. There will be no increase in the existing development rights or trips approved for the PUD or the DRI.

Industrial Development Authority

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
