Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. The County shall hold discussions with the shortlisted, top two (2) ranked firms under the above RFP. The discussions shall be closed to the public, but will be recorded in accordance with public records laws. At the conclusion of the discussions a public evaluation meeting will be held to announce the evaluator scores for the discussions, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.
