St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) shapes the future of Florida’s at-risk youth by providing coaching, counseling and care in family style therapeutic group homes and outpatient community services. SAYS is a non-profit organization that has been serving youth since 1989. They have provided treatment for thousands of boys and girls who have suffered abuse or neglect, or are otherwise in need of mental health support. In 1989, they opened our doors on Saragossa Street in downtown St. Augustine, FL. That year, they served 18 youth. Today, the Hutson Family campus is located at 201 Simone Way, boasting four residential group homes (Specialized Therapeutic and Pre-Independent Living) and offices for community programs. With their reach now extending to three counties (St. Johns, Flagler, Putnam) SAYS is able to provide critical mental health services to hundreds of youths annually.
