Celebration Ceremony: $1 Million Appropriation for Florida Black History Museum

St. Johns County is proud to announce a special ceremony and check presentation on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 9 a.m., 2025 to celebrate the $1 million state appropriation for the Florida Museum of Black History.

The Florida Museum of Black History Task Force selected St. Johns County as the location for the State’s Black History Museum.
