Flagler Estates Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Community Meeting

The St. Johns County Department of Community and Destination Development invites residents to a community meeting for the Flagler Estates Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The Flagler Estates CRA was established by the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners in September 2002 and the Flagler Estates CRA Plan (PDF) was adopted in October 2002.

The community meeting will be held on January 14 from 6:00 – 7:00pm at the Flagler Estates Community Center, located at 9960 Oliver Avenue, Hastings, FL 32145. Staff will provide an update on proposed CRA funded road improvement projects for Fiscal Year 2026.
