Retraction of Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Arium Seaglass in Ponte Vedra
Lab tests show water is safe for consumption

St. Augustine, FL, February 28, 2026 – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the Arium Seaglass Complex in Ponte Vedra. The addresses affected include:

101 – 132 Tortuga Lane
317 – 340 Runaway Circle

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since February 26th following a fire hydrant repair.
