Project Description

The County expanded the footprint of the existing permit center in order to improve and consolidate services to the St. Johns County community by creating a one-stop shop for numerous County services provided. The Fiscal Year 2025 budget for this project was $14.2 million and the Fiscal year 2026 budget is $16.5 million.
