The AHAC Sub‑Committee will convene for the purpose of reviewing the affordable housing incentives identified in the eleven incentive areas set forth in the Florida Statutes.
The Sub‑Committee will evaluate these statutory incentives and select one incentive area for focused review as part of the preparation of the 2026 AHAC Incentive Review and Recommendation Annual Report. All meetings of the AHAC Sub‑Committee are open to the public.
