Infrastructure Projects

Overview

Launched in November 2023 by County Administrator Joy Andrews, the Infrastructure Delivery Team was created to accelerate the delivery of critical infrastructure projects for the St. Johns County community. This cross-functional team brings together key staff from more than eight County departments, along with partners from the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office and the St. Johns County School District, to drive collaboration, innovation, and strategic use of resources.

The team oversees more than 100 active projects—representing over $450 million in funding from sources including developer contributions, impact fees, transportation trust funds, federal and state appropriations, and grants. Focused on improving efficiency and delivering timely results, the Infrastructure Delivery Team is committed to serving the growing needs of our community. These projects include transportation, parks, water and wastewater, public facilities, libraries, and other construction initiatives that improve the quality of life for the community.

This webpage is part of our commitment to transparency. Here, residents can find regular updates on project timelines, funding sources, and the progress being made across the county.
