PUBLIC EVALUATION MEETING FOR RFP 2476; MANAGEMENT OF SOLOMON CALHOUN COMMUNITY CENTER POOL

The purpose of this meeting is for various staff, with the Evaluation Committee to discuss and summarize individual evaluations of presentations and announce the final scores of Proposers. Final scores are determined by adding presentation scores to the scores given for the evaluation of written proposals. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

• Announcement of Final Scores
• Adjourn Meeting

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which such record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is made.
