The purpose of the meeting is to announce individual evaluator scores and the total score for all Respondents. Additionally, if a shortlist is provided for in the RFQ, the determination of such shortlist shall be made at this meeting. If no shortlist is provided for in the RFQ, the determination shall be made if additional presentations/interviews are needed, or if recommendation to award shall be made. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.
