September 10, 2025 – The northern entrance to Marsh Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach is temporarily closed due to an emergency water main repair. Crews are repairing the break and stabilizing the roadway. The repair is expected to take several hours.

The 12-inch water main break, located near the entrance on Marsh Landing Parkway near Ponte Vedra Lakes Boulevard, is affecting the entrance lane into the community. The exit lane remains open.

Crews are on site assessing damage, service outages, and the extent of any boil-water advisories. Repairs and service restoration could continue through the rest of the day.

Officials noted heavy traffic in the area and urge residents and visitors to avoid the Marsh Landing northern entrance until repairs are complete.
