St. Johns County 2026 Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale
The 2026 Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale will be conducted online at www.zeusauction.com
Registration will begin May 1, 2026 at www.zeusauction.com. The sale will begin May 29, 2026 at 9:00 am. If you have any questions or problems navigating this website, please contact SRI at 1-800-800-9588.
Payment of delinquent 2025 taxes can be made by mail, in person at any of our 4 locations or online at stjohnstax.us. To avoid a tax certificate from being sold, all payments must be received in our office no later than 5:00PM on May 28, 2026. Postmark will not be accepted. Online payments will be suspended May 28, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
The 2025 St. Johns County Delinquent Real Estate Tax list for both real estate and tangible personal property will be published online.
